Frenchy Bakes was born out of a deep love for European baking traditions — the kind passed down through generations, measured not in cups but in feel, in smell, in the golden color of butter browning just right.
Every Friday, with flour-dusted hands and the scent of European butter filling the kitchen, we bake what makes us happy: honest, delicious goods made with the finest ingredients and a whole lot of love.
What started as weekend baking for friends and family has grown into something we're incredibly proud of — a small-batch bakery rooted in quality, warmth, and the belief that a really good cookie can make someone's whole day.
